Appointment of a non-executive director

The Board of Directors of Quantum Blockchain Technologies (AIM: QBT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mark Trafeli as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mark is a lawyer qualified in England as well as Wales, California as well as New York. Based in London, he has extensive experience in regulation, compliance and corporate governance. He is currently the General Counsel of the Broadway Gaming Group, an online gaming business with operations in several countries and licensed by the Gambling Commission. Great Britain. He also maintains a private practice he founded in 2008, advising on the UK and USAfinancial services, stock market regulation, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance and litigation.

Mark previously served as General Counsel and Interim Head of Compliance at RJ O’Brien Europe, London an FCA-regulated clearing firm with multiple exchange memberships and General Counsel for First World Trader (Pty) Limited, a leading South African global fintech company best known for its Easy Equities platform.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and Doctor of Law (JD) by law, both of University of Michigan.

Under a service agreement with the Company, Mr. Trafeli is entitled to 2,500,000 options on Common Shares exercisable at a price of 5p per new Common Share.
